Cookie Season is about way more than sweet treats. It’s where girls learn how to set goals, make plans, manage money, and work together toward something they’re excited about. They’re brainstorming big ideas at meetings, tracking progress week by week, and cheering each other on when goals are met (or exceeded).
And every year, Girl Scouts remind us just how far those goals can go. Across our Council, Troops turned their cookie earnings into experiences they’ll talk about for years! Adventures that pushed them out of their comfort zones, brought them closer as a Troop, and celebrated all the hard work they put in to making sales.
As you set your goals for the 2026 Cookie Sale, get inspired by the adventures cookie funds helped make possible:
Troop 20847 in Utah

Over the summer, Troop 20847 used their cookie funds to head to Utah for a trip they’ll never forget. From hiking through Arches National Park to rafting, camping, and exploring the outdoors together, the girls fully leaned into the adventure. It was the perfect way to wrap up their time as a Troop, celebrating everything they’d accomplished and challenging themselves in new ways.
Troop 40630 in Washington, D.C.

Troop 40630 took their cookie goals all the way to Washington, D.C. While exploring the city, the girls visited iconic landmarks like the White House and the National Mall, and even saw Juliette Gordon Low’s medallion along The Extra Mile – Points of Light Volunteer Pathway. From history and leadership to seeing the impact of service up close, the trip brought everything they’ve learned in Girl Scouts to life in a powerful way.
Troop 20338 at Great Wolf Lodge

After working hard all cookie season, Troop 20338 celebrated with a fun-filled Troop trip to Great Wolf Lodge in Naples. Using their cookie earnings, the girls spent the weekend at the waterpark, tackling the ropes course, exploring the adventure trail, and competing in bowling and mini golf.
Troop 42040 SeaWorld (and beyond…)

After selling more than 7,000 boxes of cookies, Troop 42040 turned their hard work into a fin-tastic trip to SeaWorld. Using their cookie funds, the girls spent the day riding rides and cheering on the orca show, celebrating everything they accomplished together during cookie season.
But they’re not stopping there…
These girls are already saving toward an even bigger goal: a European cruise in the coming years! Cookie Season is a favorite for Troop 42040, because they know the more boxes they sell, the more opportunities open up. Troop Leader Gioella shared, “More than anything, I want to show them that with a little hard work and dedication, anything is possible. Watching them set goals and reach them has been such a joy.”
Where to next?
As we start gearing up for the 2026 Cookie Season, now’s the time to dream big. Set those goals high, talk about what your Troop wants to do next, and remember: every box sold can help take girls somewhere new. Whether that’s across the state, across the country, or into their next big adventure, the possibilities are wide open.
So… where will cookie funds take you next?
